Tour of remodeled homes entry
Join us as we show you around our latest entry for the 2022 Tour of Remodeled Homes. This house turned out to be extremely unique. It offers multiple different architectural details that we think look amazing.
You won’t be able to find the details on any other home. It was custom-designed to be exactly what the homeowners wanted. Modern farmhouse was our inspiration and we would argue we achieved just that. Timeless and the Belgium Craftsman-style were two of the other inspirational styles. These details can all be seen in the roof, windows, doors, and overall style of the home. The stained and exposed dove tails made of cedar add an element that we think more homeowners should use!
Moving on from the outside, let’s take a look inside.
The original house was 1,000 square feet, we added an additional 1,500 square feet to give the new owners more space to enjoy. Still keeping details of the existing home was important to us, so we worked hard to add on the extra space in a natural way. Within the new square footage, we have a new owner’s suite, with an on-suite laundry room, his and hers closets, with an amazing bathtub; we also added a guest bedroom, bathroom, and office space. This house sure did get quite the makeover!
